When a product is marked as a Pre order this means the title has not yet been released and any orders placed as such will be fulfilled when the final item in the order becomes available. Often is the case that items get delayed and dates will be moved accordingly. We get very little information about any delays so will generally move all unreleased products by the end of a given month to the last day of the following month and then repeat this process until the item finally arrives.
We take payment in full for all pre orders as we don’t hold any payment details in our system and this way we ensure that you get your product promptly rather than having to chase customers each week.
If you place a pre order with Decks & Dice Ltd then you are accepting that you want to purchase that product when it becomes available and in doing so acknowledge that if at any time you wish to cancel the order a refund will be provided as store credit unless there have been significant delays of over 60 days later than initial suggested date in which case we will refund to your original payment method on request. Extenuating circumstances may be taken into consideration for refund and if you do not want store credit then please get in touch directly to see if we can help, this is entirely at our discretion.
